Lunch Bunch

The Bloomingdale Park District has increased its active adult programming with the recent addition of Lunch Bunch, featuring lunch, dessert and drinks along with entertainment for the affordable price of $15.

The program, occurring twice seasonally, is held at the historic Bloomingdale Park District Museum, 108 S. Bloomingdale Road. The Museum is Bloomingdale's oldest building, built in 1849 as the First Baptist Church of Christ.

Upcoming lunch dates are scheduled for:

May 23: Nora Drysch - Nora Drysch performs songs from the Big Band era with a full complement of recorded background music. Lunch also includes a Big Band trivia contest as well as a free door prize raffle!

June 13: Anne Marie - Anne Marie possesses a fun-loving energetic stage presence and sings a multitude of styles. She performs class hits from the 50s and 60s as well as jazz and much more. Lunch, dessert and drinks are provided.

Aug. 22: Maureen Christine - Maureen Christine performs a tribute to Judy Garland and favorite female legends. Lunch, dessert and drinks are provided.
