Birthday Party Package

Klub Kiwi birthday party packages are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-2pm for children ages 4-10. Included in the package is:

• Private indoor or outdoor party space
• 1 hour of Otter Island private play time
• Meal package for each guest (soda & pizza or soda, hotdog & chips)
• Oasis Klub Kiwi t-shirt for the birthday child
• Upon conclusion of the party, the birthday child, immediate family (parents and siblings) and invited children are welcome to stay and swim at The Oasis for free.*
• A Parent Package is available for parents of invited children, should the birthday parent want them to have food and beverage at the party and stay to swim for the remainder of the day as well.
• Additional food options are available if the birthday parent would also like to provide food for the adults/parents.

*Parent Package: Up to 20 parents of invited children, can stay and swim at The Oasis: $50.00 flat fee. (A meal option is also available - see application form for details).

The Oasis Party Package
Have your birthday party at The Oasis this summer. The Oasis Party Package includes unlimited swimming for up to twenty guests, a party host, and use of the Kiwi Party Room for one hour. You may bring your own cake and ice cream; all other food may be ordered through the Coconut Café. This is a great option for older children who enjoy The Oasis attractions! Oasis parties may be scheduled anytime The Oasis is open. R/NR $95/125.

Paddle Boat Parties
Here’s an exciting twist to your next birthday party.  Paddle Boat Parties include unlimited swimming for up to twenty guests, a party host, and use of the Kiwi Party Room for one hour. Exclusive use of nine hand paddle boats for one hour is also included. Paddle Boats are suited for children 4–10 years old and/or up to 120 lbs. You may bring your own cake and ice cream; all other food may be ordered through the Coconut Café. This is a great option for children who also enjoy The Oasis attractions! Paddle Boat Parties may be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, paddle boats may be used from 10:00-11:00am only, party guests can enjoy swimming and all other Oasis attractions beginning at 11:00am.

Kiwi Party Room Rental
Do you just need a room to host your own party at The Oasis? The Kiwi Party Room may be rented anytime The Oasis is open to the public. The rental gives your group exclusive use of the party room. You may bring in your own cake and ice cream, other food may be ordered through the Coconut Café.  Regular swimming admission rates or season passes are required for all party guests. Available only during Oasis open hours.
R/NR: $35/45 per hour

Rental & Birthday Party Policies

• Full payment must be received 1 week after Party Coordinator has approved rental/party application.
• Party and rental reservations will only be held for 1 week. After 1 week, the reservation will be cancelled if application is not complete and/or balance is not paid in full.
• Rentals & parties must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

• Rentals & parties may be cancelled due to inclement weather at the discretion of  The Oasis Manager.

• If The Oasis closes due to inclement weather, the rental or party will be rescheduled at no additional charge, time permitting.

• Only one private rental may take place at a time; Kiwi parties may be booked 2 at a time, alternating the indoor/outdoor party space and time at Otter Island.

• A 2-week notice must be given to reschedule or cancel. If cancellation is not given 2 weeks in advance, a $50cancellation fee will apply.

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

• A certificate of insurance listing Bloomingdale Park District as “Additional Insured” is required for outside catering during private rentals.
