CLICK HERE! Beginning March 1 renew your 2007 pass online, A Season Pass is your best swimming value. A family is considered two adults and dependent children 21 years of age and younger residing in the same household. An individual season pass may be purchased for nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandchildren, grandparents, and babysitters, non-resident rates will apply. One guest pass may be purchased along with a season pass which is valid when accompanied with the pass holder. Pool passes purchased under false pretenses will be confiscated and NO refund will be given. The Oasis will be open for regular hours June 7 through August 12. Post-season hours begin August 13 and go through September 1. or Click here to print a pass application! | Oasis Guest Pass Do you have someone that you want to bring to the pool, but is not part of your immediate family? Then this pass is for you! Whether it is a babysitter who takes your children to the pool, an out of town guest that is staying with you, or a friend who wants to join you for the day, they can use this pass to gain a daily admission into The Oasis. The best part is you may use this non-picture pass for different people throughout the summer. The individual or family pass holder must accompany any person using the guest pass, showing proof that the names on the regular pass and the guest pass match. At the discretion of the pool manager, the pool may be closed for the following reasons: If the pool is closed due to inclement weather early in the day, the pool will stay closed until the evening. At that time a decision will be made to re-open the pool for evening swim, or stay closed for the remainder of the day. Guests may call 529-3650 for the current information.

Starfish Aquatics Institute Professional Lifeguard Training The Bloomingdale Park District Aquatic Staff has received rigorous water safety training and testing conducted by The Starfish Aquatics Institute. The Institute’s mission is to reduce drowning and save lives by providing reputable and responsive aquatic safety training programs and services delivered to the public through a network of independent Authorized Training Centers (a certification held by Bloomingdale Park District), operated by friendly, knowledgeable, aquatic professionals. This level of oversight and quality assurance is unmatched by any other national lifeguard and/or aquatic safety training agency. In addition to Professional Rescuer CPR and First Aid, all staff has been through a 20-hour training course and will follow up with at least 4 hours per month of additional in-service training. Starfish Aquatics Institute will conduct surprise reviews throughout the summer to evaluate staff performance, knowledge and professionalism on the spot. Periodically the staff will practice rescue techniques during open swim hours using rescue dummies--pool patrons are encouraged to watch as the staff practices. Please know these drills are conducted for the purpose of keeping staff’s skills sharp and their awareness acute at all times, helping to ensure your safety. |
