Rentals at The Oasis

The Oasis is available for private group rentals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. All rentals include use of the concession tables and deck space. Catering options are available through our catering service, you may bring your own food, or an outside catering business on-site with proper insurance paperwork. Detailed information is on the Oasis Private Rental Application, available at the JRC front desk.

All attractions are available for rentals on their own (except Pineapple Plunge drop slide), or may be combined as a package. Prices are a la carte.

Fees listed are for Bloomingdale Park District residents. Non-Resident fees are an additional $30/hour for each pool and/or sprayground, and $15/hour for each other attraction. Non-residents rates for the entire facility are an additional $125/hour.

Rental & Birthday Party Policies
  • Full payment must be received 1 week after Party Coordinator has approved rental/party application.
  • Party and rental reservations will only be held for 1 week. After 1 week, the reservation will be cancelled if application is not complete and/or balance is not paid in full.
  • Rentals & parties must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
  • Rentals & parties may be cancelled due to inclement weather at the discretion of  The Oasis Manager.
  • If The Oasis closes due to inclement weather, the rental or party will be rescheduled at no additional charge, time permitting.
  • Only one private rental may take place at a time; Kiwi parties may be booked 2 at a time, alternating the indoor/outdoor party space and time at Otter Island.
  • A 2-week notice must be given to reschedule or cancel. If cancellation is not given 2 weeks in advance, a $50cancellation fee will apply.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • A certificate of insurance listing Bloomingdale Park District as “Additional Insured” is required for outside catering during private rentals.
