Carrie Ann Haupert, CPRP - Executive Director
|
|
Carrie Haupert, Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) had been, since 2006, director of parks and recreation for the Village of Hinsdale. Under Haupert’s leadership, the park and recreation department has experienced unprecedented growth, emphasizing community outreach and generating greater exposure for all Village areas to increase agency revenues. "Carrie has the experience, professional expertise, and enthusiasm to build on the park district’s foundation and lead us to leverage our strengths and enhance our community collaborations." said Mike Vogl, Park Board President. Carrie began her duties at the Bloomingdale Park District on July 9th, 2008. Prior to joining the Village of Hinsdale, Haupert was superintendent of special facilities and community adult education/recreation coordinator at the Wheaton Park District. Earlier in her career, she was division manager of facilities and community recreation center manager at the Schaumburg Park District. The member of numerous professional leadership committees of the Illinois Park and Recreation Association, she received a B.S. in Leisure Studies in Program Management and an M.S. in Leisure Studies (Administration) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL. |
Jammie Meyer - Athletics and Aquatics Supervisor Jammie (pronounced ‘Jay-me’) graduated in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Management. Jammie will oversee athletic programming for early childhood, youth and adults, including classes and leagues, supervision of the Oasis Water park, and various events throughout the summer. Jammie joined us in August. |
Rebecca DeFrancesco Becca earned her B.S. degree in Recreation Administration from Aurora University where she specialized in Program Management. Becca currently oversees fitness, teen programming, adult trips, adult arts and crafts, museum, birthday parties, and facilities. Rebecca “lives life to the fullest” and is an IPRA member. |

Alisa Boesen Recently promoted because of her dedication and caring for the needs of children and families using the Park District’s services. Her superb customer relations’ skills have helped increase customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the registration office. |

Kathy Jecmen Kathy combines her love for sports and recreation with providing great customer service. Being a 24-year resident of Bloomingdale herself, Kathy says, “It’s great to be able to give back the same caliber of customer service that I’ve been on the receiving end when enrolling my own two kids over the years.” |
