How to Create an Account 

Residents of Bloomingdale Park District – If this is your very first time registering for any programs or events at the Bloomingdale Park District, proof of residency will be required.

Proof of Residency will require a photo ID along with ONE of the following: -         

• Current Mortgage/Lease Statement
• Current Utility Bill 
• Current Bank Statement

These documents must match the name of the individual presenting the Photo ID.

Any children that you would like to add to your account will require a birth certificate to either be verified in person at the Johnston Recreation Center Front Desk or Emailed to Registration@bloomingdaleparks.org.  

Non-Residents who are currently not in our system can fill out the New Household Document Form and return to Registration@bloomingdaleparks.org.  To download this document form click here New Household Form.pdf

Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-7:00PM
Fridays: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Saturdays: 8:30AM-12:30PM
Sundays: Closed
