Springfield Park Improvements Public Discussion
Join us on Monday, September 8, at 6:30 PM sharp for a public discussion regarding planned improvements to Springfield Park. The Springfield Park discussion portion of the regular Bloomingdale Park District Board of Commissioners Meeting will conclude at 7:15 PM, immediately followed by the remainder of the regular meeting. The presentation will share proposed plans and a list of potential new amenities for Springfield Park.
Community members will have the opportunity to provide feedback and help prioritize which amenities should be included in the final plan. The meeting discussion is part of the process to secure an Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) grant from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, which helps fund local park and recreation improvements.
