Chair Yoga Time:
This class begins seated in a chair, and will continue with standing poses for balance, mobility and strength. Students use the chair and walls for balance and support. Class ends class with a deep relaxation either on the floor or seated in a chair. This class is designed for seniors or students with limited mobility or injuries.
Please wear a mask, bring a mat, yoga strap, and a blanket if needed. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, props cannot be shared and each participant must bring what they need). No drop-ins please.
Chair Yoga (Code #203592) is offered 1 to 2 p.m., Mondays, February 22 through March 8; and 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesdays, February 23 through March 9. Cost is $35/$55 for residents/non-residents. It is located under Adult Fitness & Sports on the registration site.
