Let go of your busy day with yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation for your mind, body and spirit. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class. Beginners are welcome! No drop-ins please.
For virtual: A link to the class will be emailed to the household email (please double check your email for accuracy) no later than one hour prior to the class start time. If you have not received the link, please contact Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org. Participants need a laptop with a webcam and microphone to participate.
